Why model choice matters
The names hint at it. A haiku is shorter than a sonnet. The models work roughly the same way: choose based on what the task actually needs, not on what sounds most powerful.
Below are 30 concrete prompts in random order. For each one, guess which model you'd use. Click your choice and you'll see right away whether it's right โ plus your score at the bottom.
The three models in brief
Three tiers, three roles. Once these click, most prompts answer themselves.
The sprinter: fast, cheap, high volume.
Best for: Short, clear tasks at scale: classifying, tagging, extracting, summarizing and standard replies.
The all-rounder: your default choice.
Best for: Everyday work: writing, coding, debugging, analyzing and brainstorming. The best balance of speed and intelligence.
The heavyweight: for the hardest work.
Best for: The hardest jobs: deep reasoning, architecture, multi-step agents, long autonomous tasks and scenario-based strategy.
The quiz: which model would you use?
Read the prompt, pick your model and get instant feedback. No account, no fuss.
