Claude Cowork usage limit doubled
Anthropic is running a limited-time promotion that doubles the 5-hour usage limit in Claude Cowork for Pro, Max, and Team plan users. No action required: the extra usage is applied automatically.
From June 5 through July 5, 2026, Anthropic is doubling the 5-hour usage limit in Claude Cowork. If you're on a Pro, Max, or Team plan, you automatically get twice as much Cowork usage in any 5-hour window, with no settings to change or codes to enter.
What's included: The promotion applies to Pro, Max, and Team plans, as well as legacy seat-based users on Enterprise plans. Free plans and consumption-based Enterprise seats are not included.
What stays the same: Weekly usage limits are unchanged. The 2x boost only applies to your 5-hour rolling limit in Cowork. Other Claude products (Claude.ai on web, desktop, and mobile, and Claude Code) are not affected.
After July 5: Once the promotion ends, your 5-hour limit in Cowork returns to its standard level. Nothing changes about your plan or billing.
This is a good moment to tackle larger projects in Cowork that you've been putting off. The doubled limit gives you more room to run long multi-step tasks, work with large documents, or simply use Cowork more intensively during a busy stretch.
